Being a member of the connectHer network is above all about advocating for intimate subjects, closely linked to our value system. Our mission is to convince each interlocutor of the essential nature of themes related to inclusion and more specifically to diversity at VINCI. The danger? Burning out from being constantly questioned. The solution? Returning to the source of commitment. Working on the risks and signs of burnout. Exploring the deeper mechanisms of balance and the resources and strategies that can be mobilized to build your personal roadmap and support your commitment.

Julie Allison, Franco-British, sparring partner to executives, consultant, and lecturer at Sciences Po, Julie wears many hats.

Having held leadership positions requiring a thoroughly cross-functional view of business and the ability to collaborate with everyone, she now shares her expertise on leadership, influence, and the drivers of transformation within organizations. In doing so, she relies on what has always guided her journey: authenticity and the promotion of equal access to opportunities.
